Our Team
Juan leads Opp Law. He previously built Grammarly’s commercial legal function from the ground up — leading a seven person team awarded the Best Cross-Functional Partner and supporting global sales. Juan prides himself on delivering timely, excellent, and delightful services. He employs value-based negotiation to close deals quickly and uses a scaling mindset to set clients up for long-term success.

Talia is an Opp Law co-founder. Her versatile and business-forward approach to legal work has helped multiple venture-backed companies navigate periods of rapid change and expansion. She oversaw major integrations at PayPal and the launch of its Cryptocurrency platform. She also led the development of a massively scalable regulatory compliance program at a residential housing startup.
Talia Walker, Of Counsel
Olena is an associate with experience supporting technology companies in various commercial transactions. Her previous experience at a boutique law firm focusing on commercial litigation, corporate, and intellectual property matters gives her a unique approach to contracts and client service. Before practicing in the US, she worked as a corporate/M&A lawyer in Ukraine.

Aaron is an Opp Law co-founder. He developed his approach to Enterprise SaaS transactions as a legal leader at Medallia, where he founded and led a team that helped deliver multiple years of hypergrowth, from $23M in annual contract value through $300M. He is also a Lecturer in Law at Stanford Law School, where he teaches the popular Negotiation course across the university.
